When you are looking for a care home, either for yourself or a
loved one, it’s important you feel confident with your decision.
That means choosing somewhere that offers the highest standards of
care, comfort and support, with friendly experienced staff, and a
warm, homely atmosphere.
Millbridge provides a peaceful rural setting in acres of beautiful
grounds. Built in 1635 as a farmhouse, Millbridge has been serving
the local community as a care home since 1947. At Millbridge, we
take pride in the fact that we provide a pleasant, homely
environment for our Service Users and are flexible enough to meet
their individual requirements. We aim to provide, holistic expert
care within a pleasant home from home atmosphere, with compassion
and empathy without forgetting laughter and conversation. At
Millbridge, Service Users are encouraged to maintain maximum
independence while at the same time retaining their dignity and
right to privacy.
The best way to see what sets Millbridge apart is to visit us yourself, so please feel free to contact Richard Reed, Home Manager, to arrange an appointment.

At Millbridge, we treat each resident as an individual. For this reason, we offer several types of stay depending on the level of support required.
CATERING:
Meals are an important part of the day at Millbridge and our catering manager and chef create a wide range of balanced, nutritious dishes, prepared daily using the freshest produce. Menu alternatives are available, to cater for individual likes, dislikes, dietary and cultural requirements.
DAILY ACTIVITIES:
Our activities coordinators ensure there is always something enjoyable and stimulating to do – everything from sing-a-longs to reminiscence sessions and arts and crafts. There is something different everyday with plenty of opportunity to pursue personal interests and hobbies.
