  • If you live in the area and have transport difficulties when attending local surgeries, opticians, dentists etc this service is for you.  Hospital appointments are excluded but hospital visiting may be possible subject to circumstances.
     

  • The cost of your journey will be determined by the length of the journey with a minimum charge of £1.50.

  

 
The Scheme covers the same areas as Heacham Group Practice and The Carol Brown Medical Centre Dersingham (including Anmer, Dersingham, Flitcham, Fring, Heacham, Ingoldisthorpe, Ringstead, Sandringham, Sedgeford, Shernbourne, Snettisham and West Newton).
