Heacham Webcam
As is well known, a webcam for Heacham was the brainchild of Stella Gooch of Heacham-On-Line. Thanks to Aubrey Thomas (formerly of Putting Green Caravan Site), Heacham North Beach Webcam began operation in 2006 in joint co-operation with Putting Green Caravan Site, Richard Dix of Positive Computing, and Stella Gooch of Heacham-On-Line.Since the volunteers have changed in the line up of the "Webcam Committee" the webcam has been temporarily repositioned to show a view from Marea Farm, Heacham out over the A149. We know there are many better locations in Heacham and would love to hear your ideas. We therefore invite bids to host the webcam from other suitable Heacham locations. If you are happy to allow the Heacham webcam to take advantage of your broadband service and be sited at your location (it must have a great Heacham view) then please let me know so that it may be considered by the “Webcam Committee” of Stella Gooch, Malcolm Diggins and Richard Dix.
The existence of this webcam and continued maintenance is due to joint voluntary co-operation from Richard Dix (Positive Computing and Rural Broadband, Heacham) and Stella Gooch of Heacham-On-Line.
