Hunstanton Carnival Gets the Wildcat Aerobatics Formation Team for 2015

In his 2nd year as primary Hunstanton Carnival Organiser, Steve Ellis, along with his team of voluntary helpers have a bumper Carnival lined up in Hunstanton this year. They say the sun shines on the righteous.  If so, the new Hunstanton Carnival Committee must be very righteous indeed!  Despite days of gloomy weather reports leading up to Carnival Day (Sunday, 29 June 2014), it all came right in the end. At the 2011 Hunstanton Carnival was a stall for the Kings Lynn & District Model Engineers Club who were actively promoting their very own Miniature Railway which they operate in King’s Lynn. (The stall was sponsored by Hunstanton Model Shop.) I bet you didn’t know it even existed. Hidden beside the Lynnsport Leisure Centre, there is a miniature Railway that is open every Sunday afternoon between Easter and the end of October, giving rides behind miniature steam and diesel locomotives for a modest 50p.
